Studio Hansa was asked by Sanoma Media to establish a stand-out presence for a new game show called ÁtVágó, the name is a play on words that incorporates one of Hungary’s biggest stars: István Vágó. The name ÁtVágó means to nick somebody for something / to take a short cut / to cheat on something in Hungarian.

We created a sophisticated brand identity revolving around a stylised execution of a dome, which symbolises a brain with notional neural pathways. The execution formed the bedrock to the supporting image campaign that we also completed across outdoor and editorial.

Taking a nod from some existing sci-fi properties we devised the moving image work to show the epic battle of three competing Gyros and their goal to activate a stylised dome. The show is broadcast weekdays free to air.

Magical Bones: The Sleight Of Dance is a spectacular show that combines Magic & Dance by our good friend the talented Bones Notorious.

The show is about to begin a UK tour and we are consulting on an ongoing basis to develop his brand for all media including strategy, social media and production. The ambition being to expand the property into TV and beyond.

The first juicy asset is a brand film that we are all very excited about.

The loose premise is the collision of dance and magic undertaken by two disparate sides of the same persona. Set against an urban backdrop the story serves as an odyssey that sees the two characters journey towards a final encounter – having surreal manifestations upon a cityscape.

Studio Hansa has completed an integrated campaign for CBS Drama’s notable property C.S.I

A brutally simple Jigsaw device was applied across all media with an accompanying tagline Putting The Pieces Together Can Tear You Apart. The accessible concept exemplifies how CSI investigators deal with piecing things together everyday and as a by product it is inevitable that their lives can be fragmented or shattered.

The work combines outdoor, TV and a digital campaign in the form of the world’s largest online jigsaw puzzle.

We recently undertook the complete branding & production of MTV International’s music initiative, MTV Push.

Working with MTV Network International’s World Design Studio (WDS) in Milan; the central theme of ‘Pin Art’ was developed based around the premise that emergent stars of music are a force of nature – in their drive and sheer talent, leaving an indelible cultural impression. “Pin Art” serves as a conceptual bridge between the execution and the property’s title.

“This collaboration has resulted in a sharp, strong identity which will perfectly reflect Push, both on & off-air, We’re really excited about rolling out this new package across our international network of MTV channels and giving our audiences the visually impactful offering they expect.”
MTV’s Roberto Bagatti

This work was also featured in some of the leading industry blogs, news and social media streams Stash Magazine, Art And Business Of Motion, Promax/BDA, Design Collector and Creative Boom
